Thanks for sharing the video, Lisa. It really helps to convey the spirit of the place. The people carrying parcels atop their heads, the meandering cows, and the colorful murals are striking images. The music is quite beautiful too. Together, the sequence seems almost dreamlike.
The murals are part of the Mysore's preparation for the upcoming Dasara festival. There are images not only from India in the mural, but from all over the world. Mount Rushmore is there among a few other US things. The other side of the road isn't quite finished yet. Several artists are there everyday working on it. It's been fun to see the progress.
